IntoScience App won’t load on Internet Explorer 11

Internet Explorer 11 disables web browser plugin support by default. This can be fixed quickly by adjusting your compatibility settings.


1. Open Internet Explorer 11 and go to

2. Click sign in.

3. Click on the Settings Menu, top right (the cog wheel).

4. Select Compatibility View Settings.

5. In the ‘Add this website’ text input area, type and click Add

6. Click Close.

IE11 will then ask to allow certain things to work – will report back shortly to let you know what those are!

Once finished, the signin page will load and you can sign in as normal.
